60-Day Return & Refund Policy
At Dr.pen Hub, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product doesn't meet your expectations or is defective, you can request a refund, exchange, or repair based on the following policies.
General Guidelines
- Accessories: If you're unsatisfied with any accessories, we’ll replace them or provide a full refund. Replacement shipping costs are covered by us.
- Cancellations: Orders already processed, on hold, or shipped (with a tracking number or "completed" status) cannot be canceled. If you refuse delivery after dispatch, you are responsible for the original shipping cost, which will be deducted from your refund.
1. Return Policy
a) Unwanted Products
If you're unsatisfied with a product purchased directly from Dr.pen Hub and it’s not defective, it qualifies as an "unwanted product."

Eligibility:
- Return within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
- Shipping fees for the return are your responsibility.
- After 60 days, refunds and exchanges are not available.

Return Conditions:
- The product must be in its original packaging and shipped securely.
- All accessories, documentation, and labels (e.g., brand name, UPC code) must be included.
- No permanent alterations or damage (e.g., scratches, dents, paint, or tampered seals).

Process:
- Use a traceable shipping carrier for the return, as we are not responsible for loss or damage during transit.
- Products not meeting the above conditions may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
If rejected, you will cover the cost to have the product shipped back to you.
b) Defective Products
If you receive a defective product (not caused by misuse):

- Return for a full refund or replacement.
- Shipping costs are covered by Dr.pen Hub.

After 60 Days (within 1 year):
- Eligible for a replacement or repair.
- You cover return shipping, and we’ll cover repair/replacement costs.

After 1 Year (within 5 years):
- Eligible for repair or replacement.
- You cover shipping fees both ways and the cost of the repair/replacement.
c) Artificially Damaged Products
Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for a refund.

Within 60 Days:
- Replacement or repair is available.
- You cover service charges, shipping, and any other fees.

After 60 Days:
- No replacement or repair options are available.
2. How to Return
- Contact Us: Email drpenhub@hotmail.com or visit our contact us page with your order number.
- Receive RMA Number: We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Ship Securely: Pack the items securely in their original packaging and use a traceable shipping service.
3. Shipping Guidelines
- Use a trackable carrier with delivery confirmation to protect against loss or damage.
- International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
- If your item is over $75, consider purchasing shipping insurance for added security.
4. Additional Information
- Refunds will exclude shipping costs.
- Processing may take up to 5 business days after we receive the item.
- Refunds for canceled orders may not always be possible due to our fast processing times.
