Thank you for choosing Dr.pen Hub. We aim to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase or need product repair, this guide will help you understand our warranty and return policies.


Warranty Coverage

Warranty Period

  • Dr.pen Hub offers a 3-year limited warranty for all new and certified refurbished products purchased directly from our official website, https://drpenhub.com.
  • The warranty begins from the invoice date.

Important: Dr.pen Hub products are NOT sold on third-party marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, AliExpress, or DHgate. Purchases from these platforms are not eligible for warranty coverage.


Warranty Exclusions

The warranty will be void in the following situations:

  1. Products labeled as "sample," "Not for Sale," or "AS IS."
  2. Serial tags, product stickers, or trademarks are removed or tampered with.
  3. Products that have been disassembled, mishandled, used improperly, or defaced.
  4. Damages caused by accidents, abuse, unauthorized repairs, or expired warranty periods.
  5. Issues resulting from improper conditions, such as extreme temperature, electrical stress, or incompatible power adapters.
  6. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  7. Liquids, gels, serums, creams, and membranes are final sale items and are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Warranty Instructions

  • Products: If your product is defective or does not meet expectations, you can request a refund, exchange, or repair within 30 days.
  • Accessories: Dr.pen Hub offers a full refund or replacement for defective accessories at any time, provided they meet the warranty conditions. Shipping costs for accessory returns are covered by Dr.pen Hub.

Important Note:
Orders that have been processed, shipped (with tracking numbers provided), or marked as completed cannot be canceled. If you refuse delivery after the package has been shipped, return and refund policies will apply, and shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.


Return Policy

1. Unwanted Products

If the product does not meet your needs but is not defective:

  • You may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
  • Return shipping fees and VAT charges (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
  • After 30 days, refunds or exchanges for unwanted products are not available.

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be in its original packaging with all included accessories and documents.
  • It should be free from damages such as dents, scratches, or signs of tampering.

Tip: Use a traceable carrier to ensure safe delivery, as Dr.pen Hub is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.


2. Non-Manmade Defective Products

  • Within 30 days: You can return the defective product for a full refund or replacement. Shipping costs will be covered by Dr.pen Hub.
  • Within 3 years: If the defect occurs after 30 days but within the warranty period, Dr.pen Hub will cover return shipping and repair/replacement costs.
  • After the warranty expires: Customers are responsible for both shipping costs and repair or replacement fees.

3. Manmade Defective Products

For defects caused by mishandling:

  • Refunds are not available.
  • Repairs or replacements can be arranged within the warranty period, but service fees and shipping costs will apply.

4. Return Process

Follow these steps to return a product:

  1. Contact Dr.pen Hub with your order number.
  2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original box and ship it to the address provided.

Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


Shipping for Returns

  • Use a traceable carrier with delivery confirmation to ensure your return is delivered safely.
  • Dr.pen Hub is not liable for loss or damage during transit.
  • International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, if applicable.

Upgrade or Exchange Policy

Dr.pen Hub allows product exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. The returned product is within the warranty period.
  2. The same model is out of stock.

If these conditions are met, you may be offered a substitute product or upgrade. Substitution requests are not allowed for exchange products unless they are defective.
